Jaclyn Batchelor, RN

Jaclyn was my L&D nurse when I was induced to begin my labor. It was my first child, so I was scared for the process, but she made me feel instantly comfortable and excited for the arrival of my new baby! She helped my husband and me through our labor exercises; she kept me informed and educated about what was happening and all my choices and provided facts to enable me to make decisions and advocate for myself. Although her shift ended before I gave birth, she went above and beyond by visiting me during her next shift while I was in post-partum care to see how my delivery went and to meet the new baby! I felt cared for by a well-educated, informed, and experienced nurse with her who felt like she personally cared about the wellbeing of my family. I will always remember the experience and the nurse who helped me get through it!
