From the start of my procedure, she was a welcoming, happy, positive nurse. Called me the day before to talk and get acquainted about me, my procedure. Met me and my husband at the floor. She was positive with “hello’s” and welcoming us. She took me back to my room for my procedure. TEE and Cardioversion. She got me changed, talked about asked all the pertinent questions about me and my family events. She was a very personable and very caring person. I had the procedure and she was right there to assist me, answer questions and make me feel comfortable. I must say, first of all, she was: Caring, Attentive to my problems, Had a great sense of humor, Solved my problems with all the questions I asked of her, She has good listening skills I know she loves and is devoted to her job; Nurse!
