Nurse Jackie took exceptional care of my dad, when he was admitted from ER for stroke. She sat down with us the family and spoke at length about concerns and his care. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough. She was such a comfort and an ally, both for my dad and us family members. She was off for a few days after he was admitted but took time out of her schedule when she was back for a shift, even though she was on a different wing, to come say hi, check on him, and see how we were all doing. She even ran and got my dad a razor immediately after he said he had been requesting a shave  for a couple days. She goes over and beyond in her job and makes every patient and family member alike feel welcomed, seen, heard, and cared for. Bravo, Nurse Jackie! Thank you!
