Jaclyn took the absolute best care of a very sick patient who suffered from a difficult situation and required a lot of time to get the patient cleaned up. Not only did Jaclyn go above and beyond for her, but she was so very thorough. She was sensitive and compassionate throughout the entire process and even got them to a new room, which took a lot of advocating. She attempted to wash and comb the patients’ hair to avoid having to shave their heads at all costs. She never complained about trying to help the patient and was so thoughtful and patient with them. She should be recognized for the way in which she cared for them.
