Jaclyn Roach, RN

I've never had a heart problem in my life so having a heart attack and having an emergency stint placement was an entire shock not only to me but my wife of 33 years. After my wife had a not-so-pleasant several hours in the ER, (due to pain meds, etc. I don't remember much) having Jaclyn care for me up on the floor after the stint procedure, was awesome. Jaclyn's bedside care and attitude toward her job were amazing. It seems some professionals (in every career path) take their career as only a job and a paycheck. I never felt this way with Jaclyn. It really seemed that she cared for my health and my recovery. When you have an experience such as heart problems, it sure was awesome to have a compassionate Nurse such as Jaclyn to whip you back in shape! I've only been admitted into a hospital a few times and heard some horror stories from other people, but I can truly say Jaclyn made this experience so much better. I was only there for a couple of days and the hugs my wife and I both received when discharged will never be forgotten! Thanks, Jaclyn for caring for me!
