Nurse Jaclyn was ready to begin her shift. She is very knowledgeable about my condition. I did not understand what the doctor said; she broke it down for me and patiently explained everything going on. She thought of things we needed before we asked.

We never had to ask for anything because Jaclyn gave it to us before we even asked. We could not have asked for a better nurse. She is outstanding and knowledgeable, and she has such a genuine heart. She is the type of nurse that “EXCEEDS”! EXCELLENCE !!
