Jaclyn is one of 3 West's rising stars. She demonstrates all of the attributes of a DAISY Nurse.
Jaclyn is a calming, helpful presence each day. Her co-workers know they will be supported when she is there. She is accommodating with requests when possible and is always loved by her patients. Her time and patience at the bedside are appreciated. She has demonstrated her innovation by developing a more efficient hand-off sheet for patients going to surgeries or imaging.
Jaclyn demonstrates compassion by taking care of herself, her family and her friends at work. She is quick to help out nurses who are overwhelmed. She does all she can to help them get caught up and be able to take a break.
Jaclyn teaches new students how to give the very best care to our patients. Her enthusiasm shows in all she does for 3 West and CHI Harrison Medical.
