Jackie always goes above and beyond what is expected of her to meet the patient's and family's needs and wants. Anytime I approach her for help or with concerns she immediately acts upon it she jumps right in and takes the initiative to do whatever she can to provide assistance to everyone. She is always efficient with her work and consistently shows compassion when providing all patient care. She truly cares for every patient and co-worker deeply and it shows with a great attitude on a daily basis everyone is equally important to her.

For example, recently she was the charge nurse on the unit and we were short 1 PCA she stepped right up and helped me make rounds we changed and bathed all of my total care patients together as a team and I was able to meet all of my patients' needs that day. She really makes a difference on the unit!
