Jacob is by far the most engaged and attentive nurse I have encountered. He not only engaged well with my father, providing outstanding care and communication, but he was also very engaging with me and my sister. 

He showed genuine happiness at signs of improvement and provided information that helped us all feel more at ease. 

He was extremely respectful and considerate in the delivery of information. Jacob has most certainly chosen the correct career path for himself and his patients. 

Not only did Jacob provide outstanding care and attention, but he also showed a very happy and positive demeanour.

We reside on the North West Coast of Tasmania and during Dad's stay in Ward K9 West we found communication challenging, despite trying to engage with care providers; we relied on Dad to relay information to ensure we had enough family coverage in Hobart prior to and following his surgery. Jacob, however, was the exception to this and spoke with my sister on the phone in a welcoming and compassionate manner and followed up with me at my next visit to see if there were any further questions. 

Jacob was absolutely a breath of fresh air during a stressful time, and I cannot praise him highly enough.
