Jacob is often a patient advocate and always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are taken care of. We had a mentally challenged patient who could not get a ride home because it was very early in the morning. Jacob obtained a cab ride for the patient and actually went with the patient in the cab to ensure she made it safely to her home. He felt this necessary because she lived in a high crime rate part of town, it was in the middle of the night, and she had mental handicaps.
