Jacob Carmichael, BSN, RN

I had a couple of nurses come to my room but Jacob stood out from the rest. Jacob was kind, caring, and very helpful during my ED stay. Every time I had to use the bathroom he was present. When I had a request for the doctor, Jacob followed up and got back to me in a timely manner. Jacob cared about my pain and my well-being. He was also a great team player because even when I was in a lot of pain while being admitted to the Observation Unit, he was very helpful with the CNA from that unit. Jacob was very compassionate and for this reason and many more, I have to nominate Jacob from the ED.
