I just want to thank you for all of the amazing wonderful care that you gave my mom. You are truly an amazing person. Thank you for explaining everything to me, my mom and my aunt. I love that you don't just come here just because you have to, no you come because you honestly care about your patients and their families. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a really good person. Thank you for all of your hard work you did for my mom and me, thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for everything you did to help my mom. If you would not have helped my mom, I would have lost my mom. Thank you for saving my mom's life and taking really, really good care of her.
Jacob really cares about the patients. He explains everything. He takes time to answer questions. He is an excellent nurse. I would recommend him to another patient and family member.
