Jacob is a hard worker with an amazing attitude. He frequently takes the tough assignments and never complains. In fact, he helps his co-workers. When we are able to reassign one of his 3 patients, he has trouble giving them up due to the relationship he builds with his patients. Even on tough days, he has a joke or a silver lining to point out and remind us all we are blessed. Though he is young in his nursing career, he has already become a resource to new staff and a go-to for orienting nurses. Jacob always does the right thing and we love having him on our team.
