Jacob has shown compassion to my mother, making sure she kept on top of her pain management. He came in several times "just to make sure she was comfortable" and to check to see if she needed anything at all. I was up at the hospital with mom every day of her stay, and she was checked on, and Jacob made sure her needs were taken care of throughout the day - more so than any other, on any other day. We so appreciated his compassion and genuine caring for mother. He went above and beyond reaching out to others, directing us who to speak to, etc. (social worker). He even got my dad shower supplies, as he was with mom 4 days!!
Our hats off to Jacob on a job very well done!
