Jacob Fields, RN

Jacob was my nurse 3 nights in a row during my 6-day stay. I came in feeling absolutely miserable. He’d come into my room to speak to me about how I’d improved and about any updates but, never discounted how I was still feeling. He was always prompt, efficient, and kind, and remembered what medicines were helping me most as an individual patient. He was so kind and I always looked forward to seeing him. He took the time to answer any questions I had even late at night! I think that shows exceptional care, and professionalism and speaks volumes about his character. I wouldn’t take the time to write this otherwise. I think he’s truly deserving of recognition. He’s pretty AWESOME!
