Jacob's work ethic is excellent. Had it not been for his explaining the meds and dosages to my dad as he was administering them, we would never have known of an effort to decrease Baclofen dosage by his physician. This has been tried in the past by other physicians resulting in hallucinations, uncontrolled muscle spasms etc. which has on occasion resulted in a 21 day admission to our local hospital. It had even caused doctors to think he was suffering from dementia/mental illness. Thanks to Jacob's dedication to his job/duties we avoided a life threatening situation in addition to his delicate coronary dilemma. Kudos to Jacob and my Heartfelt Thanks! He is special to us.
