Jacob - wow! What a fantastic nurse and person. He made my stay comfortable while perfectly performing his job with skill and dedication. He accomplished this by being supportive, extremely thoughtful, and encouraging. He motivated me to leave my abuser and gave me the confidence to do so without ever overstepping his bounds.
