Jake is always positive and an extraordinary team player. He is also one of the most competent nurses that I have ever worked with. He is kind and compassionate. He is also an excellent teacher. Quite simply, I would ask him to take care of me or my family.

Jake spent 2 hours trying to get glue out of my eye and trying to save my eyelashes. He had a lot of patience with me as I wanted to move my head and eyes a lot. He made me comfortable and took very good care of me. Jake is excellent and very dedicated to patient care.

I am writing to express my profound gratitude for the compassionate care provided by Jake, one of your ED nurses, during my daughter's visit. As a mother who lives three hours away, I felt utterly helpless and grief-stricken that I could not be by my daughter's side during her time of need.
