I had a triple bypass and graft in February. I ran into complications in the ICU, and Jacob was my primary nurse while in the ICU. Jacob was extremely professional. He never led me or my family to believe he did not know what to do, one single time. Completely reassuring and honest. He explained everything thoroughly and treated us as though we were family. This young man is AMAZING, and Unity Point is super lucky to have him!
