Jacob was amazing with my father. He was extremely attentive and treated my father with dignity and respect. My father showed a very rapid decline, and it soon became necessary to put him in the hospice program. However, there were no beds at the hospice facility. His stay here was made as close to hospice level as possible. Jacob frequently checked on my father and all of us as well. Whenever he had to administer medication, he did so with immense compassion. A hand on his shoulder and an explanation to my father even though he appeared unconscious. Jacob took time to answer all of our questions and often asked if we need anything explained or needed anything in general. It was comforting to know my father was in such caring hands, but also that so were we! In such a hard time, it was nice to have someone who went above and beyond for both patient and family.
