Jacob Phillips, RN

Jacob did a great job at telling us all the details of my brother's illness while he was his nurse in CCU. He explained everything multiple times and answered all our many questions. He never seemed bothered to do this and he was always friendly and helpful. He even brought me blankets for the cold waiting room. Thanks so much for being so nice to us during this difficult time.
