He consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them-a warm blanket offered, a glass of water without being asked, or a quiet moment spent explaining a procedure with calming clarity to us. What truly set him apart was his profound ability to listen: he didn't just hear our words, he absorbed our unspoken anxieties and many questions. 

His attentiveness made us both feel genuinely seen and important, not just another patient on a busy floor. Jacob didn't just treat a situation: he cared for us as people, leaving a mark of gratitude for his extraordinary dedication and heartfelt humanity. I left the hospital at 9 pm, and Jacob was there the entire time, even downstairs with me, getting through a very rough day. He is truly a great human being who loves his job. I would be so thankful if Jacob took care of me again.
