Jacob made an extraordinary difference in my mother's care during her hospitalization on the 10th floor orthopedic unit at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital.  During my mother's recovery, she experienced significant pain, anxiety, and vulnerability.  From the very beginning, Jacob provided not only excellent clinical care but also compassion, reassurance, and unwavering attentiveness.

Jacob consistently took the time to explain each aspect of my mother's care in a calm, clear, and respectful manner, ensuring she understood what was happening and felt comfortable throughout her recovery.  He was highly attentive to her pain management needs, closely monitored her condition, and responded promptly and thoughtfully to any concerns.  His clinical knowledge, combined with his proactive approach, gave us great confidence in the care she was receiving.

What truly set Jacob apart was his genuine kindness and presence.  He never rushed interactions and treated my mother with dignity, patience, and empathy at all times.  His calm demeanor helped reduce her anxiety and made her feel safe, supported, and cared for as a person, not just a patient.  As her daughter, seeing this level of compassion provided our family with tremendous peace of mind.
