I want to nominate Jacob because he went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and we understood the process. He made sure we understood all procedures my husband was going to have. He explained it so well a 4-year-old could understand. I never thought you could feel so safe and comfortable. He provided us with 5-star service.

It is nurses like Jacob Rohlfs that take the fear out of a hospital stay and make it really peaceful. Jacob went above and beyond to help me get through a tough time. He is perceptive, not only in his work but in reading people. I didn't have to tell him about my immediate needs he just did what needed to be done.
