Jacob Ross, RN was outstanding and went above and beyond for my daughter's care while in the emergency room. He was attentive and kind. And very informative throughout the entire process. He sensed that I was struggling emotionally and mentally over the situation at hand and also having my other daughter in another hospital at the same time I was not coping well. He listened to my story and gave me sympathy and it was truly from the heart. I was not the patient and he even helped me through it.
I cannot say enough about this young man because he did more for me than I did him with nothing in return. He is exactly what a nurse should be and what you should expect from any hospital to provide in staffing. I ask that you please give him this letter because saying thank you to him over and over just feels it wasn't enough. I would like for him to know he saved me from worry, fear, and stress last night and I am truly grateful.
Thank you, Jacob. You are truly the best nurse I have met and at a time when I needed compassion the most, you were sent to my family.
