Jacob Samuel, BSN, RN

I was admitted and when I arrived it was approximately 5:50pm. I was thirsty and had to use the restroom and I use crutches; I am hardly able to walk so I was desperate to use the restroom. I called for a nurse and Jacob walked in. Jacob is an angel sent from heaven, he went above and beyond my expectations. He checked on me often and made certain I was ok. I have been in the hospital for five days and till this day Jacob has been the best nurse I have had; he goes above and beyond. Jacob does his job from the heart and took the time to make sure I was ok. I just wanted to share my testimony about how an amazing person Jacob is
