I am a cancer patient who has a tumor growing on my spine pushing up on my sciatic nerve. Because of this, I am in a lot of pain. I had been admitted to the hospital because I could not walk due to excessive pain. Before we knew it was cancer. Mr. Jake was so attentive to my every need, every detail of my medical conditions, he made it a point to have anyone who would be taking care of me when he was not to know everything I needed. Even though I liked super ice-cold water, most of the time I never had to ask, he would already have what I needed in hand, not only was he great at his job as a nurse but he is a competent human being who lets you know he’s there if you need to let it out. Being sick is hard but having a nurse who cares helps to get through all the difficulties of being ill. I have never had such a wonderful nurse in all my 56 years as Jacob. Thank you for all his medical training but the rest is all him as a human being. Thank you always.
