Jacque is a five-star plus nurse! We cannot say enough positive things or thank her enough for her dedicated, kind, gentle, stern, knowledgeable, and consistent help during M’s hospital stay. We wish she could have been his nurse for the entire stay, as she stood out head and shoulders above the standard care M received.

When we first met Jacque, she did a full review of M’s status and shared some very educational information about his pain, his medications, what to expect, sleep apnea (which he likely has) risks. This was two days into our stay. No one else had taken the time or been so compassionate and knowledgeable. She stayed on top of timely pain medication, not waiting but coming in and presenting options. This was the most comfortable M was. We were relieved to see her again the next evening. On top of being incredibly professional, Jacque is a caring, genuine person. She took the time to learn a little about us, shared stories, and engaged in a very friendly way. She is the type of person one would want to have as a friend! Wow- she always did what she said she would, kept the room clean and comfortable, offered supplies when needed, and came up with unique solutions to sitting and laying positions. Jacque was there when needed, silent, and not disturbing when not. She really goes the extra mile with a smile… even at 3 am. The world needs more people like Jacque- it would be a better place!!!
