Jacque anticipated our needs with my autistic brother. It has been a difficult time for us we truly appreciate Jacque. L is autistic and will probably not survive this illness. Jacque was patent and gentle with L. He understood the need for letting L process mentally before starting any procedure. He was immediately with us when there were problems. I have worked in the medical industry and I know an outstanding nurse when I see one. Many thanks to Jacque and all of the HMSTC staff, who helped make a difficult time more bearable.
