My wife and I were in your hospital when our son was born. We actually stayed for 2 days as my wife was being observed for her blood pressure following the delivery. Our experience in your hospital was nothing short of excellent, especially in the Labor and Delivery ward. You have a nurse there, Jackie (who has worked there for many years) who was just exceptional with the care she provided. She was very calm, reassuring, and attentive toward my wife all through the process. Your staff on the maternity ward was also great and took very good care of us, and all this happened without them knowing that I work for AMR, and without knowing my position. We were just an average family, and they treated us really well.
Often times, we hear about things that go wrong and hear about complaints from our patients and customers, but I wanted to make sure that you knew from me and my wife what a great experience we had. I hope you will share this with your staff, and thanks for everything. Your team represented you and the hospital very well.
