Jacki has been with Summa for over 20 years. She works in the Clinical Decision Unit and was one of the staff members that helped open the unit. Jacki is charge nurse, preceptor and has her PCCN. She is dedicated to her patients and to Summa. She has been described as "having a bedside manner like no other and helps patients feel at home."
