Nurse Jackie is truly an extraordinary nurse. My mother was hospitalized due to a traumatic, unbelievable event. From the start she was extremely caring, supportive, and overall a wonderful human. Over this time period she could feel our pain and she did anything and everything to not only accommodate my mother, but also my family as well. Her kind words, tight bear hugs, and excellent advice was just what we needed to help us cope with the situation. She was able to go beyond her normal duties and provide a service of comfort that was amazing. I cannot thank her enough. Nurse Jackie and the medical staff at Lee memorial are fantastic and have a great bed side manner. She will forever hold a place in not only my heart, but my family's as well because she was more than just a nurse to us.
