I was a patient for a little over a week, and I am pleased to report that I had a very pleasant experience despite my pain from surgery. From the first moment I met Nurse Jacqueline Dorsey, I was deeply impressed by her professionalism, her caring manner, and her sense of humor that helps put patients at ease. Jacqueline is clearly a dedicated and hard-working nurse who is willing to go the extra distance to help her patients. She anticipated my every need and was largely instrumental in my being able to achieve my recovery goals. She sensed when I was in pain and proactively did what she could to help ease my pain. Besides tending to my physical needs, she helped cheer me up when I was getting down. I also observed that in addition to being great with patients, Jacqueline did an excellent job mentoring new nurses and techs and instilling in them a similar level of dedication. Jacqueline appears to be a very good team player, who is well-liked by all her team members. She has a delightful personality and seems to get along with everybody. Just about everyone who came into my room made a point of commenting on what an excellent nurse Jacqueline Dorsey is.
