Jackie is constantly going above and beyond for her patients and staff. One example is a patient who comes for a regular visit but is very anxious at each visit. Jackie goes out of her way to calm this patient and takes the additional time she needs to assuage her fears and explain how everything we are doing and the patient's actions will help her heal. Jackie does this while remaining positive, which not only helps this individual patient but also keeps the department's atmosphere positive.
