She has helped us understand what is going on and has helped us advocate for our baby in ways we wouldn’t have known.
We know her as Jax, and she has been one of the nurses for our micro-premie baby girl. Her proactive approach to care and communication with us (as the parents) gives us as much comfort as we could possibly have when she is on our baby’s care. She has helped us understand what is going on and has helped us advocate for our baby in ways we wouldn’t have known. Even more, she has done so many little things (like room decorations, sending us fun photos via the Ease app, helping us plan for Halloween, etc.) that all help us to stay positive and take some of the scariness away from our circumstances. Could not recommend her any more highly.

Jax (Jacqueline) has gone above and beyond from the start providing both excellent, knowledgeable care to our micro-preemie as well as compassionate care including us in “fun” activities. Her care has made a truly horrific experience better. She makes milestones signs for our baby and surprises us with them when we come in the next day. I am an NP and I have watched how skilled/knowledgeable she is, and I genuinely rest easier at night leaving her in Jax’s care. That is a huge gift to NICU mamas. She is a gem, and I will never ever forget her.

She has taken amazing care of my niece and continues to show dedication and hard work to make her quality of life better and reassure her parents each day.

Extraordinary attention and care to V.Q. K., a super preemie in her care. She has gone above and beyond, and we as her family are beyond grateful for the love, she has shown baby and mom and dad.

Jax, you are an Extraordinary Nurse and an inspiration to us all! Congratulations, you make us proud!
