I have a big fear of IVs due to having had many painful ones in the past. I had a bigger fear of the IV than the operation itself. Jacque was so great and understanding. She talked me through each step, administered numbing agent first (which made a huge difference), then inserted the IV with literally no pain. She was so great about explaining every step to me. She is a kind and very caring nurse.
