My mother is a patient in ICU on the ventilator. Lee is very active in her care. She speaks to my mom as if she were awake explaining what she's doing to her and how it will make her feel. Lee also ensures mom is clean and comfortable. She will hold Mom's hand and coax her to open her eyes or squeeze. Most importantly, she makes sure we are well informed and tries to answer or finds answers to any and all questions we may have. Lee makes sure we are comfortable as we can be given the circumstances. This nurse is truly an asset to your team.
