I had not slept in two nights due to a roommate who watched TV all night. Jacqueline got the roommate headphones. Then the light switch over my bed broke, so the light stayed on. Jacqueline worked behind the scenes to get me moved. She got a new room cleaned up quickly and moved my belongings.
I was able to get some sleep and Jacqueline made my stay more pleasant. She was gentle each time she needed to wake me up. She explained the care she gave. She always asked if there was anything we needed.
Her cheerful, calm manner made the stay more pleasant. She knew and said nice things about other team members, giving me reassurance.
