Jacqueline McEuen, MSN, RN

Jacqueline is the Director of Health Services for the Little Rock School District. She supervises 55+ nurses, several health care aides, and 50 schools. She is positioned directly under The Superintendent and an Associate Superintendent and is held accountable for all the nurses and health-related issues emerging from the whole district (security, child nutrition, administration, plant services, early childcare, care, information, computer services, etc....). In spite of all her responsibilities she takes the time and effort to selflessly recognize and support the nurses, health aides, and countless others under her stewardship. Every time I've encountered difficulties or got behind for whatever reason, she has been there to pull me back up. And I know she does it for everyone she manages. She doesn't get the recognition she greatly deserves. I can honestly say that if I could pick one nurse to be a role model for other nurses and represent nurses and the nursing profession, it would be Jacqueline McEuen, hands down.
