Jackie is very kind and caring; she has gone out of her way to help us during a very trying time. She is never bothered by a "page" nor inconvenienced by a need or want. Her patients are her utmost priority and she always treats them as they are the most important person in the world. My brother was feeling particularly lonely and depressed on a rainy afternoon/evening. Jackie took the time out of her busy schedule to watch the rain and share a little conversation to help cheer him up a little. That was a comfort to not only my brother but to us, his only family, his sisters.
