Jacqueline truly went above and beyond for me. She made me not only feel comfortable, but loved. She got me whatever I needed promptly, with a more than positive attitude. She worked with me and treated me like I was the only patient on the floor. She was very knowledgeable about my complicated diagnoses and never once even acted like she was frustrated with me. She truly made my stay at Baptist an enjoyable one and that is very rare for someone to have a great hospital stay. She made a connection with me even on a personal level. She showed me so much compassion and clearly expressed with words and actions that she truly loved her job. She made sure not only my wants, but my needs were all met with a smile on her face. My family and I absolutely loved her.
