She spearheaded multiple efforts focused on improving Veteran's services including implementation of the "Walk the Talk" initiative, which significantly enhanced patient experience and contributed to measurable improvements in SHEP scores.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to HRO principles, she led unit-wide changes by developing and executing targeted action plans that improved safety culture, accountability, and team engagement. Her leadership directly contributed to improved outcomes reflected in SAIL metrics, showcasing her ability to drive results while maintaining the highest standards of care.
In the area of organizational stewardship and compliance, Jackie has been proactive in ensuring ongoing SOP renewals and process standardization, reinforcing regulatory readiness and operational excellence within the unit.
