Jackie comes to work each and every day with a smile on her face. She is very approachable and knowledgeable regarding many different topics. She will drop anything she is working on to help and support her staff. Her door is always open, has an office full of treats and destressing materials. She is constantly speaking up for Pediatric Float Pool and for their needs/wants. She goes to bat for us every day. She keeps Pediatric Float Pool updated frequently by sending out weekly updates along with daily texts. When I think of Jackie, I think of DCMC. Her love and respect for our hospital are amazing. She wants to build and grow PFP to reflect the values of DCMC. Her constant presence and her ideas to help us be better are incredible. Her work ethic to say the least is impressive, she is always reachable and knows how to solve problems. Jackie is the best manager that I have personally worked for and alongside. I have been working at DCMC since 2007 and have had at least 10 different managers. She truly stands out and truly cares for the Pediatric Float Pool team. We are blessed to have her as our manager.
