Each time Jackie walked through the door she was professional, positive. She explained in great detail the morphine drip and the nose tube. Showed great care to my husband. Kind. Worked very well with other nurses and staff members. Always took time to nurture us. She is a valuable employee. In our world today we need more professionals like her.
