I work with Jackie and she always goes above and beyond for her patients and their family members. I am a new nurse and she has been my mentor throughout the process. She advocates for the patients and their families. I hope if I ever need to be in the ICU as a patient, she would be my nurse.

Jackie embodies the nurse Practice Act in human form. She is a ferocious Patient Advocate. Her documentation is in the top 100%. She never makes a mistake twice, because she learns from every experience and she improves with knowledge and skill level. It is evident in her patient's care and outcomes. She is an excellent communicator. She takes new nurses under her wing and shares her knowledge openly. She monitors and encourages them to always be better. And because of her they are better. I pray God Blesses me with a highly competent and compassionate nurse like Jackie!
