Jacqueline Scotti (Jackie) was an exceptional student who demonstrated compassion and caring throughout her clinical experience. One nursing professor who nominated Jackie said that Jacqueline demonstrated extraordinary compassion when working with persistent mentally ill patients. She worked hard in clinical and class to break the stigma of mental illness and has dedicated herself to being an advocate for this often misunderstood and mistreated population of patients and their families.
