Jacqueline is an outstanding nurse! She has a heart of gold and always explains everything in detail and easy to understand. When wound care was here, she was right here wanting to learn/know exactly what was being done so she knew how to assist me after the wound nurse was gone. If Jacqueline said she was going to do something, it got done, and she let you know it got done! When she said I was going to get meds at a certain time, she was walking through the door at that time! To be one of Jacqueline's patients has been an absolute blessing. She did not make this place feel like a hospital, but rather like personal care!
