Jacqueline Tavale, RN

Jackee excels at being a bedside nurse. She is a critical thinker, she is compassionate and exudes positivity every day she is at work. She is a joy to work with and a true demonstration of what it means to be a good nurse. She takes challenging assignments head on and always has the patients' best interests at heart. She will take the time to make sure each of her patients feels valued, heard, and well cared for. She is a fierce patient advocate and makes sure that concerns are addressed and communicated. She is a resource to staff and a wealth of knowledge for patients and her coworkers. Jackee has taken care of some of our more challenging patients recently and has done what others before her might not have tried to get patients up and moving to help them make rehab progress. She collaborates with therapy, care management, and providers to make realistic plans to help patients make progress to get out of the hospital and on the road to recovery. And she will cheerlead and support her patients every step of the way.
