After entering the ER, I was extremely anxious and beyond worked up. Jackie was able to assure me that my concerns were valid and helped calm me down. Even though the unit was very busy she constantly made efforts to check in and let me know how things have been progressing. Her bedside manner is caring and compassionate. She was constantly explaining the plan of care and every step of every intervention. I felt like (as a nurse myself) that her care went above and beyond the standards in every way.
