Jax was amazing! Before her shift, I was struggling with my C-section recovery, breastfeeding, and my pain was not under control. Her 12-hour shift made all the difference. She immediately tended to the baby, got her tested, and settled. She reassured me that my pain was normal and made a plan with me in terms of walking, water intake, and meds. She explained how these goals would help my pain and care. She was also on top of all my meds without me having to remind her and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I never had to ask twice for anything and she kept track of everything baby related too. She did all of this with firm compassion, a great attitude, and a friendly demeanor. I am so thankful for her care.
